🔒 Privacy by Design
Families provide only a first name and, optionally, an email address to receive their results. We never collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, dates of birth, street addresses, or financial account information. Contact details never appear in partner reporting — only aggregated data (ZIP codes, need categories, click counts) reaches this dashboard, and values below 5 are automatically suppressed to prevent re-identification.
- No login or account required for families
- No personal information appears in partner reporting
- Built on federal data-minimization principles
⚙️ How It Works
Partners share a simple link with families in need. Families answer screening questions and get matched with federal, state, and local programs — complete with application links, phone numbers, and eligibility guidance. No accounts or logins required.
- Works on any device — no app download needed
- Plain-language questions — no SSNs or case numbers
- Families get results in under 2 minutes
📊 What This Shows
Real-time aggregated, non-identifying analytics from completed screenings: which needs dominate, where demand is highest, which programs families click, volume trends over time, and data quality metrics — all from a single benefit screening tool.
- Needs breakdown by category and percentage
- Geographic demand by ZIP code and neighborhood
- Resource engagement and click-through rates
- Intake trends and growth over time
📥 Data Export
Partners can export all dashboard data as CSV using the "Export CSV" button. Exports contain only the same aggregate metrics shown on screen — never personal information. Use for grant applications, federal funding reports, and resource planning.
- One-click CSV download — no setup required
- Formatted for grant applications and board reports
- Ideal for federal funding documentation
